Varsity Lab Massage + Movement was built on a simple idea: recovery and performance should not be treated as separate things. Varsity Lab Massage + Movement is a performance-focused recovery and training studio serving athletes and active adults. We combine sports massage, personal training, corrective exercise, assisted stretching, and recovery services to help clients move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best. We work with athletes of all ages, with a focus on youth athletes.
